I've never laid eyes on bags. I think I posted somewhere here about my wear and tear use of them, although I prefer huge tote bags because I have a lot of things to bring with me always. And then I came across the Cambridge Satchel that's been in the blogosphere for a while now, available in Schu Bar. For the first time, looking at bags seemed surreal and I felt like drooling over them. I was dizzy! Unfortunately, I find the price hefty and didn't have the heart to spend a bag on my own (95% of the bags I used were given or gifted). Buuuuut, I chanced upon these colorful satchels from Cole Vintage and School of Satchel. I'm not sure though how long the former bags will last, but I want to collect all colors (now I'm being impulsive again). The School of Satchel bags, however, are more pricey but they're made to last for a lifetime and I believed when my bag arrived today. These were gifts for myself after a stressful but fruitful summer classes.

| Brown and Teal satchels from Cole Vintage. All the while, I thought the brown bag is orange. I'm not color blind alright, it looks really orange. The interior of the bag is made up of soft fabric. The bags are locked/unlocked through a magnet. Size is about 11 inches length and 2 inches width. There are still a lot of colors and bigger sizes! |

| This one's from SOS (School of Satchel), ox blood color. Interior is also made up of leather. I feel like a school girl upon trying it. I was slightly hyperventilating when the package arrived today. I got the 13 inches (medium) so I could also put my netbook and umbrella and bottled water. To open, the straps should be unfasten. It looks so vintage! |

ReplyDelete@mrsM: cole vintage is much lighter! although the ones i got don't have the same sizes (cole vintage is 11 inches, sos is 13 inches), i assume the 11-inch sos is still heavier. :)
I love the teal bag and the one in blood red color. They're so classy and versatile :-)
